In each project, I like to look for the voice that hasn’t been heard clearly yet and design so they feel seen and heard.

Story — users, makers, histories, futures

I try to understand story around a product, to hold the many people and decisions that shape an experience over time.

Play — even in complex systems

I’m fascinated by how small moments of delight and structure can give people a sense of “I get how it works, I can do this."
